Running Shoe Review

As surprising as it may sound, these Cole Haan shoes are not good for a 2.2 mile run. They have little cushioning and the heel rubs on the back.

Why would one run in his Cole Haan’s? Because they matched my running pants-Ralph Lauren Khakis.

Turns out when you lock your keys in your car at the mall with your wife and baby, you better be prepared to go home, get the other car and the spare set of keys fast.

Nothing like run/walking from the mall in your dress shoes and dress pants with 95 degrees. Oh, and the fact that a woman did not look when pull out of her driveway and tapped me as I passed on the sidewalk…

yeah it was one of those days.

  1. You forgot the part about Ellie screaming and throwing herself on the concrete in front of the mall when I wouldn’t let her push the stroller anymore.

  2. Isn’t life just filled with pleasant surprises? I mean – who knew you could run in dress shoes and khakis. You’ve got that going for you, which is nice 😉

  3. Brilliant! And the whole no pushing the stroller thing – man, that stage can’t end fast enough, let me tell you! Thankfully, at almost 2.5, Brennan is ALMOST done with throwing fits over it.
