A compliation of writers come together to write an practical guide to Calvin’s theology. They attempt to humanize the guy, and show how is personal shortcomings and illness made him a sojourner hungry for the good news he was teaching/preaching. It’s a little thick for my post-seminary reads at times, but also has some great illustrations of Calvin as a missional theologian.
